TK3 Oil Level Controller
TK3 Oil level controllerThe TK3 oil level controller is designed to control the oil level in the compressor crankcase in order to avoid the compressor to run without oil and so improve its lifetime. TK3  oil level controller monitors the oil level with the embedded electro-optic sensor and comprises a solenoid valve for oil filling and a relay output contact to give an alarm or directly stop the compressor (through a separate power relay).
230 VAC / 2A alarm relay output  is suitable for direct connection in the security chain of the system
Its very compact dual-pitch fl ange-like design let the mounting more easy: the TK3 can be mounted as sight glass replacement directly onto 3 bolts or 4 bolts compressors giving the possibility to rack manufacturers to build more compact units.
If the compressor has a threaded instead of a flaged sight glass, adapter kits are available.

The sightglass is still available and it is on the same side of the LEDs in order to give the complete situation about the oil status in one eye-shot.
